जी हां जैसे की आपको अंदाजा हो ही गया होगा कि मैं आज हमारे आस - पास रहने वाली यौनकर्मियों की हालात पर प्रकाश डालने वाला हूं। 

अब आप यह कहेंगे की इसमें नई बात क्या है ।

हम सभी कुछ कम - कुछ ज्यादा इन यौनकर्मियों के बारे मैं विभिन्न समाचार पत्रों के माध्यम से जानते रहते है ।

जैसे आज सम्पूर्ण दुनिया एक जानलेवा महामारी वायरस के आतंक से त्राहिमाम कर रही है।

वहीं दूसरी और सभी देशों के उच्च स्तरीय वैज्ञानिकों की रात - दिन की मेहनत से इस जानलेवा वायरस जिसका नाम करोना वायरस है , इस वायरस से बचने के लिए दवाई या इंजेक्शन का इजात करने में जुटे हुए हैं । 

वर्ल्ड हैल्थ ऑर्गेनाइज़ेशन ( डब्ल्यू एच ओ ) के अनुसार  यह वायरस एक दम से नया है । 

एवम् किसी भी स्वास्थ्य संस्थाओं के पास इस वायरस से लडने के लिए कोई भी ठोस पुख्ता हथियार के तौर पर दवाई या इंजेक्शन मौजूद नहीं है ।

इस जानलेवा वायरस से लडने के लिए हम सब को (डब्ल्यू एच ओ ) के निर्देशों का पालन करना चाहिए ।

दुनिया के सभी देश ( डब्ल्यू एच ओ ) के निर्देशों का

 पालन सही तरीके से कर भी रहे हैं ।

लॉकडाउन -  यह लॉकडाउन असल में है क्या ?

कई दिनों से हम घर बंदी हो गए है , हम बहुत ही ज्यादा परेशान है।

आपको मालूम हो हमें सरकार द्वारा घर में रहने की सलाह भी दी गई है । 

हम सबको अपने मुंह पर मास्क , हाथो को अच्छी तरह से साफ रखें , बेवजह अपने नाक , कान , मुंह पर हाथ ना लगाएं ।

इससे यह होगा कि जो इंसान इस वायरस से ग्रसित होगा वह स्वस्थ लोगों को संक्रमित नहीं कर पाएगा, 

और यह हम सब कि भी जिमेदारी है कि हम सब सरकार के निर्देशों का पालन करें । 

अब आप यह भी कहेंगे की भारत जैसे देश में जहां 40 प्रतिसत लोग गरीबी रेखा से नीचे है, वे किस तरह अपना जीवन गुजर बसर करेंगे ?

सरकार का संचय धन जिसे हम आम भाषा में( सेविंग मनी ) भी कहते है वह इस लॉकडाउन कि वजह से बहुत क्षतिग्रस्त हुआ है । 

केंद्रीय सरकार एवम् राज्य सरकार अपने नागरिकों को यथा संभव राहत देने की कोशिश कर रही है ।

जहां बीपीएल कार्ड होल्डरों को 3 माह के लिए एलपीजी सिलेंडर को उज्वला योजना के तहत मुफ्त कर दिया गया है , वहीं दूसरी ओर महिलाओं के जन धन के अंतर गत खुलवाएं गए बैंक खाते में 500 रुपए 3 माह तक सरकार देगी ।

जिन लोगों के पास राशन कार्ड किसी कारण वश नहीं है, उनलोगो को भी मुफ्त में अनाज देंगी ।

जो लोग यौन कर्मी है वे इस लॉक डॉउन की परिस्थिति में किस हाल में है आइए जानते हैं ।

ऐशिया का सबसे बड़ा और बदनाम जगहों में से एक जिसे हम सोनागाछी कहते है ।

आप इसके नाम पर मत जाइए यहां आज कल भूखमरी का आलम दिख रहा है ।

अपने जिस्म को बेच कर अपना और अपने परिवार का पेट पालने वाली यौन कर्मियों की संख्या करीब 60 हजार है।

जो इस व्यवसाय से प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जुड़ी हुई हैं, इनकी जीविका का एक मात्र साधन वेश्यावृत्ति पर ही निर्भर है ।

इन संकरी - संकरी गलियों में  5/8 साइज के कमरों में इनका संपूर्ण जीवन व्यतीत होता है ।

इस जानलेवा वायरस के चलते यहां की यौन कर्मियों को दो वक्त कि रोटी भी नसीब नहीं हो पा रही है ।

जो गलियां कभी शाम होते ही रंगीन हो जाया करती थी।

वे गलियां आज विरान और सुनसान दिखाई पड़ती है।

इनमें से एक हैं पिया ( बदला हुआ नाम ) ने हमें बताया कि वो चार दिन से भूखी है, जब मैंने एक पत्रकार के नाते उस 29 वर्षीय लड़की से पूछा की तुम भूखी क्यों हो ।

उसने मुझे उत्तर दिया कि मेरे घर में मेरी एक बीमार मां है। 

मैं बांग्ला देश के एक छोटे से गांव से हूं , मुझे मेरे रिश्तेदार ने कोलकाता में काम दिलाने के नाम पर इस रेड लाइट एरिया में एक मालकिन को मुझे मात्र 30 हजार रूपए की राशि में मुझे बेच दिया था।

आज मैं 29 कि हो गई हूं , मेरे पैसे से ही मेरी मां का इलाज और दवाई चल पाती हैं ।

इस जानलेवा वायरस की वजह से मेरी मां के पास राशन , दवाई कुछ भी नहीं है ।

मैं चार दिन से भूखी हूं ये मेरी दुःख की वजह नहीं है,

मेरी मां सीमा पार मेरे पैसे भेजने का इंतजार कर रही है , मुझे इस बात का दुख हैं। 

कब ये लॉकडॉउन खत्म होगा , कब मेरे जिस्म से खेलने वाले लोग आएंगे , कब मैं पैसे भेज पाऊंगी कब मेरी मां दवाई खरीद पाएगी ।

इस लॉक डॉउन के समय में जहां हम सभी अपने आपको सुरक्षित रखने के लिए अपने - अपने घरों के चार दीवारों में बंद हैं , वहीं दूसरी ओर समाज में कोई ऐसा भी है जो अपने परिवार को बचाने के लिए अपने जीवन को दाव पर लगा रहे हैं , यह भी एक सच्चाई है , इस समाज में मैं भी हूं ।

 Lockdown - Is This Lockdown Actually?

 We have been held captive for many days, we are very upset.

 You know, we have also been advised by the government to stay at home.

 Let us all mask our mouths, keep hands clean, do not unnecessarily put hands on our nose, ears, mouth.

 This will mean that the person who suffers from this virus will not be able to infect healthy people,

 And it is the responsibility of all of us to follow the instructions of the government.

 The number of sex workers who sell their body and feed their family is about 60 thousand.

 Due to this deadly virus, the sex workers here are unable to get bread for two times.

 Those streets today seem deserted and deserted.

 He answered me that I have a sick mother in my house.

 I am from a small village in Bangla country, my relative sold me to a mistress in this red light area in the name of getting work in Kolkata for a mere amount of Rs 30,000.

 Today I am 29, my mother is able to get treatment and medicines with my money.

 Because of this deadly virus, my mother has nothing to ration, medicine.

 I have been hungry for four days, this is not the cause of my grief,

 My mother is waiting to send my money across the border, I am sad about this.

 When this lockdown will end, when people playing with my body will come, when I will be able to send money, when my mother will be able to buy medicines.

 In the time of this lockdown, where we are all locked in the four walls of our homes to keep ourselves safe, on the other hand there is someone in the society who is putting his life at stake to save his family.  , This is also a fact, I am also in this society.
